One of the directors at J.D. Power, Michael Drago said that this year’s survey showed that the car rental industry finally seemed to be leveling out after showing relative poor performance over the last two years. He went onto say that the top three companies in the survey had achieved their positions because they had managed to carve out individual niches in order to attract a specific kind of customer. He said that the rest were more of a blend of services.
